Sound of Music, My Favourite Things – Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge

I enjoy incorporating our travel stories and images in the different photo challenges I take part in – Colours is my absolute favourite and I have some great travel stories depicted in Red, Green and Sapphire. I have also highlighted interesting architecture from different countries in photo challenges on Windows and Angles. To my utter delight, a new photo challenge has come up which is based on lyrics from songs! And the first one this week from Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge – is from one my childhood favourites – Few of my Favourite Things Verse One from Sound of Music 🙂

I haven’t been able to stop singing the song past two days as I thought of travel images to use for this Challenge!

I could do the whole song with pictures, I have it all memorized from singing, watching and acting it out with cousins many a times during my childhood. And this summer we got to visit Austria, the home of Sound of Music – although people there are far less enthusiastic about the story. They couldn’t understand why people would pay to go to a Sound of Music Tour in Salzburg!
