I woke up this morning jetlagged and happy to be back in Sheffield after 9 days in China. It was dawn and I realized that recently I have seen some spectacular sunsets. But rarely do I get to see a sunrise reflected in the sky like I did today. It inspired me to post this under the Weekly Photo Challenge: Refraction and Skyward Friday
Here are a few others that I have witnessed over the years. Seeing such images of rainbow, sunrise and sunset always inspire feelings of wonder and amazement at the beautiful colours of nature, no matter how many times we see them.

Excellent photos for this week’s challenge. Hard to pick a favourite. That sunrise looks gorgeous. A bit of fire in the sky. I personally find sunsets and sunrises tend to look prettier when there is cloud cover 🙂 Well done on all the shots.
